Bart Becht

CEO of U.K.-based consumer goods giant Reckitt Benckiser until his retirement in 2011, Bart Becht has over 25 years of business experience building consumer brands. Becht holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and worked at Procter & Gamble before joining Benckiser in 1988. Becht has been CEO of Benckiser since 1995 and oversaw the firm's 1999 merger with Reckitt & Coleman to form Reckitt Benckiser. During his twelve year tenure as CEO, the company’s market capitalization increased from $7 billion to $41 billion, and he has been recognized in the Harvard Business Review as one of the world’s top 20 shareholder value-creating CEOs.

John Dorton

As CEO of Mastercraft Boats from 1999 until his retirement in 2012, John Dorton has been recognized as one of the top executives in the boating industry. Under his leadership, Mastercraft became the dominant brand in water ski and wakeboard boats. Prior to becoming CEO, John served as VP of Marketing at Mastercraft. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and is Vice Chairman of the Boat Manufacturer Division (BMD).
