Task Instructions
1. Remove left hand and right hand forward and main cockpit floor boards. (Remove Cockpit Floorboard)
2. Remove AFT bulkhead baggage panel. (Baggage Sidewall Panel Removal) Retain all fastening hardware.
3. Install .250 in diameter rig pin through the center console and forward pitch sector. (Figure 109)

4. From within the AFT bulkhead baggage access window, use a tensiometer (cable thickness = 1/8 in) to measure elevator cable tension. (Figure 110) Ensure they are within 20-35 lbf of tension. Refer to the manufacturers’ calibration card to correctly read cable tension for the cable diameter.
