Task Instructions
2. Remove magnetometer-mounting bracket assembly from the three studs located on the wing spar. Remove 3x nuts (MS21043-08) and 3x washers (NAS1149CN832R). (Figure 247)
3. Locate D9142P connector in wing. Dettach the CAN termination adapter and D9142P from the magnetometer by removing 2x washers (NAS1149CN432R) and screws from D9142P as shown in Figure 246.
4. Remove the magnetometer from the mount bracket by unscrewing the 4x screws (6C50MTT3), 4x washers (NAS1149CN632R), and 4x nuts (MS21043-06). (Figure 245)
Verification Method
The procedure is complete when the Magnometer has been removed from the aircraft.
