ICON’s Sr. Manager of Production Kevin Golden recently hosted PBS’ production CROSSING SOUTH at our composite manufacturing facility. The show’s host Jorge Meraz was able to explore and to get an understanding as to how the ICON A5 goes from clean sheet to a state-of-the art aircraft.

Our composites manufacturing facility was built from the ground up in 2017, with the sole focus of creating the ICON A5 fuselage in house, allowing ICON to control the quality and rate.

Today, this 300,000 sq. foot facility has been expanded to include final assembly of the ICON A5.
