The ICON A5 650 edition matches the capabilities of the Limited Edition S-LSA, but has a maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) of 650kg, aligning with light sport aircraft regulations for the Republic of Korea and other international markets.

The award winning aircraft comes equipped with the Garmin 796 avionics suite as well as a number of appearance options.

The A5 650 Edition and the A5 Limited Edition (S-LSA) have the same aircraft specifications and performance capabilities. The main distinction between the two modes is, as mentioned, the reduced weight of the ICON A5 650 edition from 686kg to 650kg MTOW.

The 650 Edition has gone through ICON’s same, extensive testing and review process, with final assembly completed in Vacaville, CA in the United States.
