ICON Aircraft was proud to sponsor and to support a great event in the California desert this past week. The Tailwinds Foundation, a newly launched not-for-profit designed to increase opportunities for those interested in the aviation workforce, hosted the kickoff event.

Dassault Falcon Jets, Desert Jet, and Jet Support Services were just a few of the companies in attendance lending their support. Several presentations and a workforce development roundtable highlighted a great evening from business aviation and manufacturers from coast-to-coast, as we identify more ways to help future workers find the means to pursue opportunities in aviation.

ICON has a workforce of over 150 employees throughout North America. As an OEM, we are proud to be playing a part in helping the next generation of designers, engineers, and manufacturers use their skills to advance aviation and aerospace technology.
